Ingredients:
1 cup butter 6 ounces cream cheese 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups flour 1 Tablespoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup rolled oats Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar. 3. Add vanilla an beat until light and well blended. 4. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until just combined. 5. Add oats. 6. Scoop dough with a #40 cookie scoop onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with fingers. 7. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden on the edges. 8. Let cool, frost with cream cheese frosting. Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients: 1 8ounce package cream cheese, room temperature 1 stick butter (1/2 cup), room temperature 2 pounds powdered sugar Evaporated milk Directions: 1. Combine cream cheese and butter in bowl of electric mixer. Beat until light and fluffy. 2. Slowly add the powdered sugar, using evaporated milk as needed to create desired spreading consistency.
